This policy describes how Optimisys collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés").

- Identity data: last name, first name;
- Contact details: e-mail address, phone number;
- Profile data: questionnaire answers and information relating to your project;
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider (we do not store your bank details);
- Browsing data: cookies, technical data.
3. Purposes
- Carry out your profile analysis and support;
- Manage the customer relationship and respond to your requests;
- Process payments and invoicing;
- Improve our services and, with your consent, send you communications.
4. Legal bases
Performance of the contract (provision of the service), compliance with legal obligations (accounting), consent (communications, non-essential cookies) and legitimate interest (service improvement).
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to the Optimisys team and to our technical processors, in particular: the host (Netlify), our management tool (Airtable), our e-mail delivery service (Resend) and our payment provider (Stripe). Some may be located outside the EU; appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) are then put in place.
6. Retention period
Your data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with statutory periods (in particular accounting and tax), then deleted.
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them: optimisys.io@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
8. Cookies
The website uses cookies necessary for its operation and, where applicable, audience measurement cookies subject to your consent. You can manage them via your browser.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
